Yes — that's the one thing to remember. Your discount comes off automatically at checkout, but only once we know who you are, so sign in first (we email you a code, there's no password). If you check out as a guest we have no way to spot your membership and you'll pay the normal price.

Every product we sell — singles, slabs, sealed, accessories — with one exception: your membership itself, which always renews at full price. If something's already reduced, whether that's a sale price or a discount on the product, your tier percentage comes off the reduced price — the two stack rather than cancel out. What it won't do is combine with an order-level discount code: enter a code at checkout and you'll end up with either the code or your VIP percentage, not both, so it's worth checking which one is bigger.

$5 lands in your account on the 1st of each month, automatically — nothing to claim and no code to ask for. It's use-it-or-lose-it: it expires at the end of that same month, so it never rolls over or piles up. To spend it, sign in at checkout and choose "Apply store credit". One thing worth knowing: Shopify applies the whole balance at once rather than letting you spend part of it.

Every tier gets paid more when you sell cards to us. The table above breaks the rates out instead of blending them into one number: singles $10 and up, slabs and sealed product all run 65% cash / 75% credit at Starter up to 75% / 87% at Champion, and singles worth under $10 pay from a thinner band — 55% cash / 65% credit at Starter up to 65% / 77% at Champion — because a cheap card takes the same work to handle as an expensive one. You see the cash and credit numbers side by side before anything changes hands. Sign in before you get a quote and the form uses your tier's rates automatically — no need to tell us.

Your tier does two things. It gives you entries in every giveaway automatically — 1 at Trainer, 15 at Champion — the moment one opens, with nothing to claim. It also decides how fast ordering earns you more: everyone gets an entry per $25 spent, but that drops to $20 at Trainer, $15 at Gym Leader and $10 at Elite Four and Champion, so the same order is worth more entries the higher your tier. You can also pick up 2 for verifying your Discord and 1 for following us on Instagram, and the running total is on your account page. Entries reset for each giveaway. No purchase is ever necessary — there's a free entry route on the giveaway page, and it has exactly the same chance of winning. Winners get announced in the Discord.

When a pre-order is about to open, Gym Leader and up hear about it first — usually a day or so ahead, posted by hand in the Discord. It's a heads-up rather than a page that unlocks early for you: the product goes live for everyone at the same moment, you just know it's coming and can be ready for it. Keep your Discord notifications on so you don't miss one.

When a limited drop comes in and there isn't enough for everyone, Champions get first claim before it opens up to everyone else. If it's a chase item, you're at the front of the line. Like the giveaways, this one is handled by hand rather than by the site — message us in the Discord when a drop lands and Avo sets yours aside.

Cancel any time from your account — no lock-in and no hoops. Your perks stay on until the end of the month you've already paid for, then stop. To switch tiers, cancel the one you're on and join the new one; your tag updates on the next payment so you only ever hold one tier at a time.
